In accordance with the expressed preferences of all petitioners and of the NRC staff,1 the Board will hear oral argument concerning standing and the sufficiency of the hearing requests on Wednesday, July 10 and, as necessary, Thursday, July 11, 2019 in the Commissioners Courtroom at the Midland County Courthouse, located at 500 N Loraine Street, Midland, Texas. The Board will provide information in a subsequent order concerning the format for the argument. Unless changed by a subsequent order, the argument will commence at 9:00 a.m. Central Daylight Time (CDT).

Members of the public and representatives of the media are welcome to attend and observe. Participation will be limited, however, to counsel who have entered appearances for the petitioners, the NRC staff, and the applicant. This will not be an opportunity for members of 1 Position Statements of Petitioners Dont Waste Michigan, et al., Beyond Nuclear, Sierra Club, Fasken Land and Oil and Permian Basin Land and Royalty Owners, and NRC Staff on Proposed Contention Hearing (May 20, 2019).

the public to offer limited appearance statements or otherwise speak. Additionally, in accordance with NRC policy,2 signs, banners, posters, demonstrations, and displays are prohibited, and all participants and observers must comply with the local rules of the Court.
