This refers to your letter number 18-061 dated November 2, 2018 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System [ADAMS] Accession Number ML18320A140), which transmitted a request to amend Chapter 10, Decommissioning, of the License Application for Materials License SNM-42.
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff has performed a technical review of your submittal. Based on this review, the NRC staff concludes that additional information is required to complete the review.
Please respond to the Request for Additional Information in Enclosure 1 within 30 days of receipt of this letter.
In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulation, Section 2.390 of the NRCs Agency Rules of Practice and Procedure, a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records component of NRCs ADAMS.
