The Board heard oral argument on standing and contention admissibility on March 27, 2019. Pending before the Board is a motion by Petitioner Beyond Nuclear to amend its hearing request and petition to intervene, filed on May 1, 2019.1 The Board held an all-parties teleconference on May 3, 2019 to discuss Beyond Nuclears motion.
Pursuant to the May 3 teleconference, the Board sets the following briefing schedule:
(1) Exelon and the NRC Staff answers to Beyond Nuclears motion are due May 17, 2019.
(2) Beyond Nuclears reply to the Exelon and NRC Staff answers is due May 22, 2019.
In accordance with 10 C.F.R. § 2.309(j), the Board gives notice that it anticipates issuing its decision on standing and contention admissibility, including its decision on Beyond Nuclears 1 Beyond Nuclear Inc.s Amended Hearing Request and Petition to Intervene (May 1, 2019).
