During our April 4, 2019 phone call, we discussed your initial petition email dated March 15, 2019 concerning issues at the Diablo Canyon plant.
As we discussed during that teleconference a supplemental email is needed that details the sufficient information which would allow the NRC to proceed in its review. As of today, April 25, 2019, I have not received any further documentation from you that would specify those details we discussed on April 4th.
Therefore, per the NRCs Management Directive 8.11, the NRC intends to proceed based on the information we have received by 4:00 PM tomorrow, April 26, 2019
