By letter dated February 28, 2019, you submitted Relief Request - A36, "Alternative Pressure Testing Requirements for the Reactor Pressure Vessel Flange Leak-Off Piping" (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML19059A327), for the fourth 10-year interval of the inservice inspection/nondestructive examination program at Fermi 2, Renewed Facility Operating License No. NPF-43. Subsequently, by letter dated April 16, 2019 (ADAMS Accession No. ML19107A235) you withdrew the request.
