NUCLEAR FUEL SERVICES, INC., 2019 NRC-OBSERVED FORCE-ON-FORCE EXERCISE
Dear Mr. Freudenberger:
This refers to your letter, dated November 15, 2018, which requested that the 2019 triennial force-on-force exercise serve as the 2019 U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions (NRCs) observed exercise.
The NRC has completed its review of the request, and found that it is acceptable in accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 73.46(b)(9).
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room, or from the Agencywide Documents Access and Management System.
