On June 18, 2018, you submitted a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request seeking copies of all instructions and guidance issued by the FOIA Office and by the tasked offices for responding to FOIA-2018-000515 (now NRC-2018-000567). In an effort to satisfy your request more quickly, and to allow us to focus our attention on the related request, NRC-2018-000567
.. (which .you have stated is your top priority of all of your pending FOIA requests), by emails dated March 26, 2019 and April 5, 2019, we inquired whether you would be amenable to withdrawing your request based upon our release of.both the original instruction coming out of the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR), and the instruction coming out of our office that countermanded that original instruction.
After reviewing both records, you agreed that these records satisfied your request and you agreed to withdraw your request. Accordingly, we are administratively closing our file.
