Northern States Power Company, a Minnesota corporation, doing business as Xcel Energy (hereafter "NSPM"), hereby submits a revision to the Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Plant Emergency Plan (enclosure 2).
The changes to the Emergency Plan were assess under the requirements of 10 CFR 50.54(q)
- and were deterrnined not to result in a.reduction in the effectiveness of the Emergency Plan.
In addition, as required by 10 CFR 50.54(q)(5), enclosure 1 oft.he submittal includes a summary analysis of the change to the Emergency Plan. The information contained in the.
enclosures should be withheld in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390.
