(U) Request for Approval of Disposal Method of Classified Matter
Dear Sir and Madame,
Attached are eight (8) plans for the proposed disposal methods of classified matter.
The first plan has pictures in detail to demonstrate the methods to be used on other equipment. This letter is being submitted for DOE and NRC to review and approve the disposal methods. GLE is requesting approval to allow for safe and secure disposal of classified items associated with the project in accordance with 10CFR95.47. Note Plans 6 and 9 were withdrawn to allow for more detail in the disposal method.
