Any and all documents in the NRCs possession created by the NRC or received from any other federal or state agency, between February 11, 2016 (the date NRC's OI Report No. 1-2014-018, TETRA TECH EC, INC. FALSIFICATION OF SOIL SAMPLE SURVEY RECORDS, was provided to Tetra Tech) and the date of this request, concerning the Tetra Tech radiological fraud at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard, San Francisco, California. This includes, but is not limited to all correspondence, reports, data and electronic communications between NRC and any other federal or California agency concerning the Tetra Tech fraud and its investigation and impact, and as to all meetings or telephone conferences: all agendas, documents distributed in advance of or at all such meetings or teleconferences involving the Tetra Tech fraud and all notes or any other recordation of any such meetings.
