UNITED STATES NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION WASHINGTON, D.C. 20555-0001 Docket No. 50-228 AMENDMENT TO INDEMNITY AGREEMENT NO. B-2 AMENDMENT NO. 19 Effective , Indemnity Agreement No. B-2, between Aerotest Operations Inc., an t e U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, dated May 17, 1962, as amended, is further amen ed as follows:
Item 1 of the Attachment to the indemnity agreement is deleted in its entirety and the following substituted therefor:

Address 3455 Fostoria Way San Ramon, California 94583 Item 2 of the Attachment to the indemnity agreement is deleted in its entirety and the following substituted therefor:
Item 2 - Amount of financial protection
- a. $1,500,000 (From 12:01 a.m., July 17, 2017)
- b. With respect to any nuclear incident, the amourit specified in Item 2a of this Attachment shall be deemed to be (i) reduced to the extent that any payment made by the financial protection standby trust specified in Item 5 of this Attachment reduces the amount of such standby trust below the amount specified in Item 2a, and (ii) restored *to the extent that, following such reduction, the amount of such standby trust is reinstated.
Item 3 of the Attachment to the indemnity agreement is deleted in its entirety and the
. following substituted therefor:

Item 4 of the Attachment to the indemnity agreement is deleted in its entirety and the following substituted therefor:
Item 4 - Location The Aerotest Radiography and Research Reactor (ARRR) restricted area, located about one-half mile east of San Ramon, California. The restricted area is de.scribed in ARRR Technical Specification 2.0, "Reactor Site." The reactor and associated equipment are located within the restricted area. The restricted area is the area enclosed by the perimeter fence surrounding the ARRR facility. The perimeter fence boundary is as shown in Figures 1-1 and 2-1 of the ARRR Safety

Item 5 of the Attachment to the indemnity agreement is deleted in its entirety and the following substituted therefor:
Item 5 - Method of providing financial protection Financial protection in the amount listed in Item 2 is provided by a fully funded financial protection standby trust.
Item 6 of the Attachment to the indemnity agreement is deleted in its entirety and the following substituted therefor:
