Serial No. 1019 NO/WRM:jmj Docket Nos. 50-280 50-281 50-338 50-339 License Nos. DPR-32 DPR-37 NPF-4 NPF-7 On December 19, 1980, the Board of Directors of Virginia Electric and Power Company approved the appointment of Mr. J. I. Oatts as Senior Vice President-Power Operations.
Mr. Oatts will assume this position effective January 1, 1981.
The corporate organization, as presently shown in the North Anna Unit 1 and Unit 2 Technical Specifications, indicates that the Manager-Nuclear Operations and Maintenance and the Manager-Nuclear Technical Services both report to the Executive Vice President-Power.
These managers will now report to the Senior Vice President-Power Operations, who will report to the Executive Vice President-Power.
We are in the process of revising the Technical Specifications for both Surry Units 1 and 2 and North Anna Units 1 and 2 to reflect the addition of the Senior Vice President-Power Operations position.
Following review and approval of proposed Technical Specification changes by our Station and System Nuclear Safety and Operating Committees, we will submit a license amendment request to 8,
