NAC license drawing 630045-866 was revised (Revision 2) in support of a site-specific licensing submittal for the Waste Control Specialist (WCS) Central lnterim Storage Facility (CISF). The information contained in Revision 2 is pending regulatory approval and is not germane to this application. The initial Amendment 7 submittal only contained a NAC internal design change request showing requested changes to the screen mesh size for the concrete overpack. This design change would have resulted in Revision 3 of drawing 630045-866. However, since the review of the WCS CISF application has been suspended and the changes presented in Revision 2 are not applicable to this amendment application, NAC has decided to revise the drawing by
Enclosure I to ED20190023 Page 3 of3 removing the information introduced in Revision 2. This has resulted in revision 4 drawing to 630045-866.
In summary, the differences between Revision 1 and Revision 4 of drawing 630045-866 is only the information related to the screen mesh size (Note 22 and B.O.M. Items 17 and 29).
Therefore, NAC is requesting NRC review and approval of Revision 4, which includes changes presented in Revision 3 and the removal of unrelated changes presented in Revision 2.
