At that time; It was decided to advance-the planned.Unl-t 1 _refuel Ing _date.

During this outage we expect the* clrculj:itlng pump which. Is presently being overhauled to be. returned to.

service *. Full clrcuiatlng*water.flow capability will all.ow.station operation below the:*15~F (llT) l'ln',lt at all tJmes.

There'fore our request

. to.*relax* technical' specification 4."14.A.2 for several hours during each

.day will. not *be necessary.

It Is our Intention to propose a change to Technical-Specifications 4.14.A.1 and-4.14.A.2 :at a. later date-~
