Serial No *. 716 PO&M/JTB:clw Docket Nos. 50-280 50-281 License Nos. DPR-32 DPR-37 In our letter of September 17, 1975, Serial No. 669, we forwarded a request to amend the operating license for Surry Power Station, Unit Nos.
1 and 2, in the form of proposed Technical Specification Change No. 34.
In our letter we stated that the proposed change had been reviewed by the System Nuclear Safety and Operating Committee.
However, due to an admin-istrative error the changes had not been reviewed at the time the letter was mailed.
Shortly after mailing, the oversight was detected and a special meeting of the Committee was held, at which time the subject changes were approved.
We believe this occurrence is minor in nature and there is no safety significance associated with it.
