We appreciate the inquiry regarding impacts to State-listed species. Given that the proposal does not include modifications to the existing site, the California Department of Fish and Wildlife does not anticipate that the project would result in take of or impacts to State-listed species. We dont typically provide concurrence on Section 7 determinations (unless we are issuing a Consistency Determination), but this email can go in your records as confirmation that CDFW does not anticipate impacts to State-listed species as a result of this action.
