As requested, we have investigated the types of Automatic Switch Company (ASCO) valves used in our Surr*y Uni ts 1 and 2 and have determined that there are no valves of that type (Series 8300-c or 8302-C; Form F, U, RF or RU) associated with safety related systems.
We will inform you by May 13, 1975 of our intended use of the ASCO valves in safety related systems with respect to the construction of Surry Units 3 and 4 and North Anna Units 1 through 4.
