License Nos: DPR-32 DPR-37 NPF-4 This is in response to IE Bulletin 78-06, "Defective Cutler-Hammer, Type :t1 Relays With DC Coils".
Investigation by station personnel has determined that no Cutler-Hammer, Type 11 Relays with DC Coils produced from 1971 to 1976 are in use or in inventory at Surry Power Station Unit Nos. 1 and 2 or North Anna Power Station Unit No. 1.
