DPR-37 This is a status report on the auxiliary building ventilation system modifi-cations.

The preliminary design is complete and follows the framework presented in our May 9, 1977 letter (response to questions /Jl4 and. lfl6).

The exhaust from all ECCS equipment areas is reduced to within the capacity of a single filter train while the second train is reserved as standby.

A new nonsafety related filter train is provided to allow continuous filtration of ex-haust from most of the auxiliary building cubicles.

The final design work has begun and construction is scheduled to cormnence early in 1979.

We will continue to keep you informed of our progress in this matter.

Very lruly /yours,
