\\Je have received your letter of May 19, 1978, concerning partial ownership transfer of nuclear units.
Vepco intends to sell a limited part ownership interest in the North Anna Power Station and the Surry Nuclear Power Station to the Old Dominion Electric Cooperative and the North Caro-lina Electric Membership Corporation.
We have met with representatives of these cooperatives and they have indicated they will supply the information to us in the very near future.
Accordingly, we will forward this infonna-tion to you on or about August 1, 1978.*
