It appears there is.even more negligence*and laxity in this case tJ:ian was reported to*my Subcommittee during our hearings last year.
. Please sen~ me a copy of your response to Mrs. Allen and advise me of the steps which your Com-mission is taking to protect the public and deal with the utility involved.
