50-338/50-339 50-404/50-405 We wish to acknowledge your letters of April 24 and April 27 in which you give notification ihat public document rooms have been established at the Louisa County Courthouse, Louisa, Virginia and the Swim Library, College of William and Mary, Williamsburg, ~irginia for our North Anna and Surr*y Power Stations, respectively.
In accordance with the requests outlined in these letters, we have assigned company representatives to provide assistance and guidance to the li~rarians in charge of these document rooms.
It will be ~he responsibility of these individ~als to ~eriodically audit these files to insure that all revised or supplemental information is properly incorporated in the application and Safety Analysis Reports, and that any other amendments, reports and letters which have been filed in connection with these applications are available in these public docume~t rooms.
Should a situation arise where documents are unavailable or missing, our representatives will contact the Central Fll~s of fh~ *At6~ic Energy Commission in an effort ~o obtain the missing information.
While we under-stand it is the responsibility of the AEC to actually supply all information to Xhese document rooms, we nonetheless will be available to render assistance whenever necessary.
We recognize the need to maintain a complete record on these license applicaiions and our representatives will b~ available to assure that revised and supplemental information is properly incorporated in the files.
