Baum of Vepco in a.telephone conversation with you on August 9, 1975. It was understood that this interim authorization expired as of 12:00 p.m.,

August 10, 1975.

This will also confirm our understanding based on a.telephone conversation by Mr. W. F *. Bennett of Vepco and Mr. Marshall Grotenhuis of the Environmental Projects staff that theNRC has extended.the fore-going waiver of Surry TS* 4.14~A.1 until 12: 00 p~m., August.15, i975.
