Dear Mr. Case:
This letter is in reference to your letter of September 19, 1977, in which you requested that we delete the requirement for our annual operating report.
We are in_agreement that a reduction in the amount of paperwork would be beneficial and are in _agreement with the requests that you made.
Specifically, our responses are:
NRG Request (1) propose a change to your technical specifications that would delete the requirement for.an Annual Operat-ing Report,

The proposed changes to our technical specifications are being processed.
NRC Request (2) modify the content of your monthly operating report,
Response
Our monthly operating report will be modified beginning January 1978 to include your proposed format changes and to include the "Narrative Sununary of Operating Experience."
The tabulation of occupational exposure data, the report of facility changes and tests or experiments required pursuant to 10 GFR 50.59(b) will continue to be reported yearly.
NRG Request (3) provide any missing data in the sununary compilation which will be prepared and forwarded to you by NRC, and.*.
