This letter refers to your February 13, 2019, correspondence, in response to our January 14, 2019, letter. This also refers to telephone discussions on March 19 and 28, 2019, between you, Keith Aloisa of your staff, and Steven Courtemanche of this office. During the telephone discussions, you described your actions to identify which Electron Capture Detectors required that a report be filed in accordance with 10 CFR 31.5(c)(5) or (c)(8)(ii), that you expect to complete the review by April 30, 2019, and that you expect to finish filing the reports by April 30, 2019. Thank you for informing us of the corrective and preventive actions documented in your letter. These actions will be examined during a future inspection of your licensed program.
