This law encourages the government employees who exercise prejudice and discriminatory practices to lie under oath.

Small entities must be given the full protection of the law without the fear of false witness.

Small entities that suffer torturous acts of violence and are awarded damages must not be treated with dishonor in any circumstance.

Relief for small entities suffering from dishonor and long term endangerment inflicted by the Atomic energy act of 1954 must be awarded immediately at fair market value.

This is a business concern attempting to collect relief for acts of cruelty and failure to follow ethical standards in the court of law.
