In accordance with the changes made to 10 CFR 71.106 for the Quality Assurance Program Approvals outlined in the referenced letter, the EnergySolutions Quality Assurance Program, ES-QA-PG-001, is still revision 4; no changes have been made to the Quality Assurance Program since it was last submitted.
The EnergySolutions Quality Assurance Program, ES-QA-PG-001, is currently being revised to reflect upcoming changes in the locations of activities involving licensed Type B packaging. This revision will be submitted upon completion.
