NOTICE OF FILING FOIA REQUEST NRC-2019-000246 AND REQUEST FOR REMEDIATION OF NRC HOLTEC APPLICATION PORTAL DEFICIENCY Attached hereto is a copy of the March 26, 2019 joint FOIA letter request of Dont Waste Michigan, et al. (DWM) and the Sierra Club directed to the NRC Staff for the provision of certain Holtec CISF application information that has been published since March 30, 2018 but not uploaded to the NRC Holtec Application portal. Further, the request asks that the application portal be updated and maintained with timely application information. Additionally, a copy of the FOIAOnline confirmation receipt of said request is hereto attached.
