DESCRIPTION OF MATERIAL(S) OR FACILITY(IES) 74.37 T erabecquerels This license is amended to: (1) renew the export license for five additional years, (2) update the licensee's contact information; (3) change the final shipment date; (4) change the name of one ultimate consignee from Atomic Energy of Canada, Limited to Canadian Nuclear Laboratories; (5) update the radioactivity levels of the exported material; and (6) include two ports of exit.
This license authorizes the export of Class A, B, and/or C radioactive waste containing carbon-14, hydrogen-3, mixed fission product radionuclides and other contaminates. The total activity of the radioactive waste shall not exceed 74.37 Terabecquerels, per shipment.
Neither this license nor any right under this license shall be assigned or otherwise transferred in violation of the provisions of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, and the Energy Reorganization Act of 1974.
This license is subject to the right of recapture or control by Section 108 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, and to all of the other provisions of said Acts, now or hereafter in effect and to all valid rules and regulations of the NRC.
