NUCLEAR FUEL SERVICES, INC. AMENDMENT 11 - APPROVAL OF PHYSICAL PROTECTION PLAN, REVISION 20 (ENTERPRISE PROJECT IDENTIFIER L-2018-SPR-0005)
Dear Mr. Freudenberger:
In accordance with your initial application dated September 21, 2018 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System [ADAMS] Accession Number ML18270A377), as supplemented by letters dated January 31, 2019 (ADAMS ML19036A893) and March 8, 2019 (ADAMS ML19071A086), and pursuant to Part 70 to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR), Materials License SNM-124 is hereby amended to approve the Revision 20 of the Physical Protection Plan. Accordingly, Safety Condition S-1 has been revised to include the date of March 8, 2019. Safeguards Condition SG-3.1 has been revised to reflect the approved revision.
All other conditions of this license remain unchanged. Enclosed are copies of the amended license and the safeguards evaluation report.
This letter concludes action on this application. Enterprise Project Identifier L-2018-SPR-0005 is considered CLOSED.
The sensitive conditions in the license and the safeguards evaluation report contain sensitive, security-related information. Accordingly, they are marked Official Use Only and withheld from public disclosure.
