URENCO USA Emergency Preparedness Procedure Update for Controlled Document Set for the NRC Operations Center Louisiana Energy Services, LLC ("LES"), also dba URENCO USA ("UUSA") herewith submits a revision to controlled document set CS-631. This document set is maintained in the NRC's Region 11 Operation Center. contains Revision 10 of EP-3-0200-06, Assembly and Personnel Accountability.
UUSA requests that the attached Revision 10 replace the current revision in controlled document set CS-631.
