Potentially Degraded Snubber SF1154 Hydraulic Fluid Batch 11 KLVS146 Final Report per 1 O CFR Part 21 We have completed our evaluation pertaining to fluid from the subject batch that was provided by Lake Engineering Company and have concluded that it does not represent a substantial safety hazard at any of the US nuclear plants to which it was provided or at which it was ultimately used. The plant specific status in this regard is summarized in the below table:

1) Fluid was originally provided to Wyle Laboratories (currently NTS) and was subsequently installed in snubbers at Indian Point 2.
