While I see a regulatory gap in this respect it would seem prudent to consider these things prior to approving an early shutdown of an efficiently operating plant. While I appreciate that Enterfy has had its operational issues with Pilgrim overall it is well run and productive. Early shutdown cannot be in the best interests of grid stability or diversity.
