Changes to the Owners, Officers, Directors, and Executive Personnel Form for URENCO USA, LLC Pursuant to 1 O CFR 95.17(a)(1 ), Louisiana Energy Services, LLC ("LES"), also dba URENCO USA ("UUSA"), herewith provides a revision to the Owners, Officers, Directors, and Executive Personnel (OODEP) form, effective January 1, 2019. This change was effectuated and ratified February 20, 2019. The following personnel change was made:
Karen D. Fili has replaced David E. Sexton as President and Chief Executive Officer, Chairperson of the Board of Managers Enclosures (1) and (2) contain personally identifiable information; therefore, UUSA requests the enclosures be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 1 O CFR 2.390.
