Dear Tricia,
We received Megin Murphy's email on October 10, 2018, notifying us of all the changes regarding this Amendatory Endorsement. We made all the applicable changes per her request.
The reason why it took so long for us to issue the endorsement is because we wanted to wait for the Vermont Yankee (VY) facility to be transferred to Northstar, which took place January 11, 2019, so we could remove the VY facility from the endorsement. With the removal of the VY facility, this produced a return premium and enclosed is a check for that amount ($8,329}.
Also included in the package is the return premium endorsement, invoice, and premium computation sheet for the domestic S& T which shows the return premium.
I trust you will find everything is good order, but please feel free to contact me with any questions or comments.
