Michael M. Gibson, Chairman Dr. Michael F. Kennedy Dr. Sue H. Abreu In the Matter of Docket Nos. 50-277-SLR and 50-278-SLR EXELON GENERATION COMPANY, LLC ASLBP No. 19-960-01-SLR-BD01 (Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station, Units 2 February 28, 2019 and 3)

ORDER (Revising Time of Argument to Reflect Daylight Saving Time)

On February 28, 2019, this Licensing Board issued an order setting oral argument on contention admissibility for Wednesday, March 27, 2019, at the ASLBP Hearing Room in Rockville, Maryland.1 While the arguments date and venue were correct, the order used Eastern Standard Time instead of Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) in setting the time.2 To clarify, the argument will commence at 9:00 AM EDT, and the Board anticipates that argument will be completed by 5:00 PM EDT that same day.

It is so ORDERED.
