Dear Mr. Boyle:
On July 27, 2018, Global Nuclear Fuel - Americas, L.L.C. (GNF-A) requested a revalidation (Reference 2) of the Russian container, TK-C69 for shipment of fuel assemblies within the US.
Based upon further evaluations and internal reviews, we have decided to withdraw the request.
