Pursuant to Reference 1, Louisiana Energy Services, LLC, dba URENCO USA (UUSA) herewith provides response to the request to resubmit Enclosures 1 and 4 of Reference 2. Regarding Reference 2, Enclosure 1 - The Zurich Surety Bond Rider for the specified amount, dated June 23, 2016 was the most recent. The specified amount was not changed for 2017 and 2018, therefore a new rider was not issued. Enclosure 1 provides an original of the verification certificate certifying the current amount of the bond. Regarding Reference 2, Enclosure 4 - The Certification of Financial Assurance submitted in Reference 2 contained the corporate seal but was missing the date. contains an original Certification of Financial Assurance with the corporate seal and date. The enclosures contain proprietary information in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(a)(4). UUSA requests that Enclosures 1 and 2 be withheld from public disclosure. The Enclosure 3 Affidavit supports this withholding request. LES-19-023-NRC AFFIDAVIT I, Stephen Cowne, being duly sworn, state that I am the Chief Nuclear Officer and Compliance Manager for Louisiana Energy Services (LES), dba URENCO USA (UUSA); that I am authorized on the part of said company to sign and file with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission ("NRC") this document; and that all statements made and matters set forth herein are true and correct to the best of my knowledge, information, and belief:

1. LES wishes to have withheld from public disclosure the following documents:
