Dear Mr. McCann:
Withdraw License Amendment Request to Update SNM-7 RPP to Revision 5 Battelle requests that the NRC cease review of the License Amendment Request to Update the RPP to Revision 5 dated July 7, 2003, and return it to Battelle without action. Battelle finds that, due to the timing of certain business activities, the License Amendment Request needs to be withdrawn at this time. Please return it to my attention at the following address:
