1.) Exercise Option Year 5: 02/21/2019 - 02/20/2020 Per FAR 52.217-9 -- Option to Extend the Term of the Contract, NRC provided a Notice of Intent to the Contractor on November 20, 2018, which was acknowledged by the Contractor on November 20, 2019.
2.) The Task Orders total ceiling shall remain the same at $210,970.00.
