JOINT MOTION TO CORRECT ORAL ARGUMENT TRANSCRIPT Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. §§ 2.323(a) and 2.327(d), Beyond Nuclear, on behalf of itself, Fasken Land and Minerals and Permian Basin Land and Royalty Owners (Fasken), the Sierra Club, Dont Waste Michigan, Citizens Environmental Coalition, Citizens for Alternatives to Chemical Contamination, Nuclear Energy Information Service, Public Citizen, San Luis Obispo Mothers for Peace, and Nuclear Issues Study Group, Holtec International, and the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Staff (collectively, the Participants), hereby requests the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board to issue an Order correcting the transcript of the oral argument held on January 23 and 24, 2019. The proposed transcript corrections are set forth in Attachment 1.
All of the Participants have authorized Beyond Nuclear to state that these corrections are necessary either to correct material errors in the transcript or to ensure that the transcript accurately reflects the statements made during the oral argument.
