Southern Nuclear Operating Company (SNC) has requested that a discussion regarding the scope and level of detail contained in ITAAC Functional Arrangement submittals be included in the February 14, 2019 NRC Public meeting. (Withhold in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390) provides an affidavit from SNC supporting withholding the Proprietary information under 10 CFR 2.390. is Westinghouse letter CAW-19-4864, Application for Withholding Proprietary Information from Public Disclosure and Affidavit, Proprietary Information Notice and Copyright Notice. The affidavit sets forth the basis upon which the information may be withheld from public disclosure by the Commission and addresses with specificity the considerations listed in paragraph (b)(4) of 10 CFR Section 2.390 of the Commission's regulations.
