REMARKS: IP 81311, Physical Security Requirements for Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installations, has been revised to ensure consistency with other associated NRC Manual Chapters. Staff corrected a few technical modifications that were missing in the document. Upon completion of a SUNSI review, the staff concluded that this document can be decontrolled, and the staff removed all portion markings.
