Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with the requirements of 10CFR50.71(e) and the exemption granted by the referenced letter, Vistra Operations Company LLC (Vistra OpCo), the operator of Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant Units 1 and 2 (herein referred to as CPNPP), herewith submits Amendment 109 to the updated Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR). Amendment 109 is a revision of the existing updated FSAR and makes the FSAR current as of August 1, 2018. Plant changes which occurred subsequent to August 1, 2018, have been included as time allowed. Vistra OpCo certifies that the information presented in this revision to the updated FSAR accurately reflects changes to the plant completed prior to August 1, 2018.
The Fire Protection Report (FPR), for the purpose of compliance with 10CFR50.71(e), is considered to be part of the FSAR. Accordingly, the FPR through Revision 31 is also certified to accurately reflect changes completed prior to August 1, 2018.
