In the letter dated November 30, 2018 (Reference 2), the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued to Entergy Operations, Inc. (Entergy) the conforming amendments for Arkansas Nuclear One, Units 1 and 2, (ANO) and Grand Gulf Nuclear Station, Unit 1 (GGN) that reflected the orders issued in the August 30, 2018 NRC letter (Reference 1) relating to license transfers for those facilities. Enclosures 4 and 5 of reference 2 contained indemnity agreement amendments for ANO and GGN required in connection with the transfer of the licenses which required Entergy signatures.

CNRO 2019-00004 Page 2 of 3 to this letter contains the signed Indemnity Agreement B-65 for ANO to document acceptance of Amendment No.13. Enclosure 2 to this letter contains the signed Indemnity Agreement B-72 for GGN to document acceptance of Amendment No.7.

This letter contains no new regulatory commitments.

Item 1 of the Attachment to the indemnity agreement is modified by deleting the name "Entergy Arkansas, Inc." wherever it appears in the agreement and substituted in lieu thereof by the name:
