Dear Mr. Price:

During the February eleventh meeting with State representatives called by the.Commission to discuss implementation* of the National Environmental Protection Act, you stated the AEC does not routinely transmit to a State comments of other Federal agencies made per~aining to an applicant's environmental report.

You also stated that these comments would be transmitted to a State government if the State were to ask the Commission to do so.

Please make the necessary arrangements so that the New Jersey State Government receives routinely conunents of other Federal agencies.

These comments should be transmitted to the Office o'f

. the 'commissioner of the Dep::i.rtment of-Environmental Protection.

Specifically, we are interested in receiving.comments already received and those that will be developed pertaining to these applications:
