As you can see, the concern is that sufficient importance in terms of complete qualification for the position is being overlooked ; expediency in startup

  • seems to be dictating that less than acceptable require-ments will be permitted.

I would like your response to the questions raised by Mrs. Horner in this matter, and would appreciate your reply as soon as possible.
