This test uas made by PSE&G on site and consisted of a pur-ple cloud being sent up in the air and allowed to drift

The Salem County Board of Freeholders knew nothing July 7 (when questioned) and the Cou:::ity Coordinator of Civil Defense Disaster Control declined. to.speak, yet according to a new.s B.rticle nhich appeared in Today's Sunbeam (July 23) such a test actually took place.
