The House Cammi ttee and the entire Nm,r Jersey Legislature is

iec2ly cone err1ed that any temporary adjustment in the storage policy *.,.rill not be temporary, but could very ~.. ;ell be the first step in creating a huge nuclear storage facility in southern Nc*d Jersey.

. It is my position and. that of the.committee tho..t e'ren thou_gh minor ddjustments i~ storage poli~y m~y be necessary in order for the facility to ope~te, any major change in the duration of storage * :ould not, be in. the best interest of the citizens.
