Dear Mr. Saltzman:
Our letter of June 29, 1977 stated that Public Service Electric and Gas Company, for and on behalf of itself, Philadelphia Electric Company, Atlantic City Electric Company, and Delmarva Power and Light Company, co-owners of the above referenced licensed facility, intended to submit annual certified financial statements and cash flow projections each March 1 to meet the guarantee requirements of the 1975 amendments to the Price Anderson Act (Public Law 74-197).
However, as the result of our phone conversation with you on Friday, February 17, 1978, it was mutually agreed that the annual submission date would be changed to March 15.
This letter is submitted, at your request, to confirm the change in annual submission date from March 1 to March 15.
